 Beth was super responsive when I reached out to her about a puppy and very helpful with the entire process. I got, sweet, Wendy for my mom as a birthday present and she has been the best match for my mom! Wendy has the sweetest personality but is also so playful. I can’t thank Beth and her family enough for raising sweet Wendy! Beth was also very informative during pick up and brought us treats, toys, and more for Wendy’s transition into her new home. 

 Henotic Homestead was so easy to deal with from the beginning of inquiring about a puppy. Any questions we had were immediately answered and you can tell they genuinely care where each and every puppy goes and it shows. They gave me my newest family member and we are so thankful for her. She came with her own little bag that Henotic Homestead filled with her paperwork along with some treats, food, favorite toys, and other goodies. I cannot say enough! 

 My experience with Henotic Homesteads Shetland Sheepdogs with the breeder Beth was absolutely wonderful from day 1 to Gotcha Day. Beth was so kind and always answered all my questions and gave me some great knowledge with this breed. She kept me informed with pictures, videos and puppy weight each week. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the right puppy to fit me and my lifestyle. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a Sheltie. 10 out of a 10. 

 Beth was tremendous to work with to find our pup. She was responsive and cares deeply about her dogs. We always felt she had the puppies and our best interest at heart. Jasper has been an excellent addition to our family and we couldn’t be happier with the process. I highly suggest Henotic Homestead for your next puppy. 

 I was looking for Shetland Sheepdog breeder that was ethical and knowledgeable about Shetland Sheepdogs and Beth checked all the boxes for me. She was very professional and answered all my questions and worked with me when it came time to get Niels. Beth made the process easy. I would highly recommend Henotic Homestead's Shetland Sheepdogs. By the way, I have had Shetland Sheepdogs in my life for over 30years and it was great to find Beth and her wonderful Shelties. 

 Working with Beth was great, she was very responsive to my every little question. She would send videos and pictures when I asked. She was extremely accommodating when I had to change our pick up days. She gave me a whole folder of information for our puppy Rocko. This is the best interaction I have had with a breeder. She is still answering questions to this day. When it’s time for our next puppy I will not get the puppy anywhere else!! 

 I have been dreaming of a Merle Shetland for years after adopting a half sheltie and doing research on the breed. I then decided to start actively looking for a good breeder, and started my search. I then luckily and thankfully found Beth and Henotic after a few failed attempts and scammers. Beth was professional, patient, and kind and walked me through the proper process encouraging me to research her and her website before ever talking about a deposit and next steps. After I completed my application and was (thankfully) approved, we got down to business. Beth helped me every step of the way, sent multiple photo and video updates on my baby, and answered every single question I threw at her patiently. Beth and her family were a godsend and raised my baby with their family until the day I picked him up. He is perfect. Well mannered, great temperament, smart, silly, and the most beautiful dog I've ever seen. ❤️ I cannot recommend Beth and Henotic enough, I will forever be grateful for her and her family. 

 Koda is my 4th Sheltie since 1988 and this was hands down our best breeder experience. I spent over 6 months researching breeders and when I found Beth I forfeited a deposit with another local breeder because I was that impressed with Beth’s dogs. It did not phase me one bit that it was going to be a long drive from Virginia Beach to Lebanon, TN to pick up our new family member. Beth was an absolute pleasure to work with. A unexpected result from this experience is that I also gained a new friend for life. Beth kept us well informed before and after the puppies were born, and answered all our questions/texts within 2 hours or less. Her insight and expertise as to which puppy would be the best fit for our family was spot on. In Beth’s home all the dogs and puppies are not just pets, they are family members. Koda has adjusted nicely to our family. He is very loving and extremely intelligent. He is going to make an excellent Emotional Support Animal (ESA) and we couldn’t be more grateful that we were matched with one of Beth’s Shelties. Homestead Shetland Sheepdogs has earned my highest personal recommendation for anyone seeking to adopt a Sheltie puppy. 

  I cannot be happier with my experience working with Beth and her family! I grew up with a sheltie and always knew that I would want one for my kids. However, I was worried about the chaos of adding a puppy when I already had two kids and two elderly dogs. Beth made the process incredibly easy. We reserved Kayda when she was only a few days old, and we got regular updates. Beth also answered every single one of my questions. Now that we have Kayda home, I am shocked by how FUN and EASY everything has been. Not only do I have this beautiful and healthy sheltie, she is the sweetest and most well-socialized puppy I have ever met. Nothing fazes her; doorbells ringing, dogs barking, feet stomping, toddlers screaming…she’s just happy to be included. Even when my four-year-old decided to treat her to a surprise concert on his melodica. You can tell that Beth and her family put a lot of hard work into making a loving family companion! We are so glad to have our sweet Kayda! 

 Henotic Homestead's was the best decision we’ve made when getting our puppy, Beth was so knowledgeable and nice with us! From the beginning till the gotcha day everything was so smooth, once we met her in person she went through everything we should know and gave us few tips, even after we got home Beth has been very attentive with any questions I have and she has guided be with her knowledge. khaleesi (our puppy) is so so smart, brave and funny! She learns so quick literally everything and loves to play with our other sheltie, I would highly recommend getting your puppy and companion from Beth! Thank you 🙌🏽 

  Our two younger boys had wanted a dog for quite some time, and they were patiently waiting until we found the right opportunity. Beth was very easy to work with, answered all of our questions, and our boys were able to hear her over the phone describing their possible future puppy. This is our first dog, and though we've raised 5 children, we had never adopted a puppy into our home! He has been such a sweet addition! He runs so fast, nestles next to you on the couch, and sweetly greets anyone who comes through the door. The weekend we travelled to Tennessee was very special, ever to be remembered. We are thankful for this gift fashioned by the Creator's hand. 

 Everything about adopting Nellie and bringing her home was a wonderful experience. I grew up with shelties and knew I always wanted another one, and messaging Beth was so easy and she was so kind and knowledgeable that I knew adopting a puppy from her would be worth it. She always answered all of my questions and gave me updates on my puppy prior to bringing her home, and gotcha day was so easy and smooth. She gave us all the information and was easy to contact with any questions afterwards as well. Nellie has been such a joy in our lives and Beth and her family made it possible ❤️
